Linda Vang Photography
Hello! I'm a photographer based in Oklahoma who travels for portraits and weddings. Alongside my photography, I'm deeply passionate about fashion design, art, filming, and even flower farming. Originally from Owasso, OK, I occasionally shoot in my expansive 4.5-acre backyard. With a love for flowers and the nearest fields being over an hour away, I've begun cultivating my own flower fields to transform my backyard into a picturesque spot for couples and families.I've been involved in photography since 2015 and ventured into flower farming in 2023. From creative photo shoots to formal family sessions and even capturing the chaos of wedding days, my greatest joy is bringing out natural smiles and creating memorable moments for my clients.
In 2017, I married the love of my life, Houa Xiong. Despite our vastly different interests, we have both supported each othe in our hobbies. Houa in fishing, making lures (Tornado Innovations), raising chickens, being a Youtube Influencer (OutofWorksOutdoor) and playing volleyball and I in sewing, photography, flower farming, and filming. My dear husband Houa has been an invaluable asset to Linda Vang Photography. He serves as my assistant and second photographer, tirelessly ensuring each shoot runs smoothly. You'll often find him by my side, not only assisting me but also keeping company with my clients' husbands to ensure they stay engaged and entertained.
I come from a highly creative family, particularly on my mother's side. My aunt is known as Keri Image, my uncle was Wes Photo, and my sister as Houa Vang Photography. Additionally, my other two siblings also excel in various forms of art.
My photography approach emphasizes a fun and laid-back atmosphere. While I enjoy capturing formal poses, I also cherish moments where clients can be themselves, allowing their personalities to shine through. Our goal is to capture your special moments so you can relive them for years to come!

FUN FACTS about us:
Now with all the important “work” related info out of the way, here’s a quick get to know me on a personal level.
If you ever visit for a photoshoot on our property, you'll encounter a lively bunch of animals. We have numerous chickens, four goats (Enrique, Bambi, Pepper, and Chocolate Milk), three ducks, two guinea pigs (Hamtaro and Hammy), a peacock, three Mini Australian Shepherds (Totoro, Sophie, and Moomoo), and one Great Pyrenees (Howl). Clearly, we have a deep love for animals!
I love my time with my little family, so it makes it so much more thrilling when I get to also see yours and better yet photograph them!
Still nervous about doing a photoshoot?
Here’s why I’d love to be your photographer.
I think we can each speak for ourselves - we’ve struggled with societal norms of “how we should look” and a great shift I’ve noticed a lot in these last few years is the appreciation of self care - and loving who you are and how you look regardless of society's expectations.
Why is this important?
Because I get it, perhaps you don’t feel like you should be in front of a camera. During my younger years, I had really low self-esteem around my personal appearance and weight. I always felt depressed or upset about getting bullied for how I looked. But, as time passed I learned to love myself for these exact flaws.
It’s funny how life works - I avoided looking at myself for 5 years but now when I see myself I usually greet myself with a quirky “Hey there sexy, come here often?”
As a photographer, I hope to help you overcome these situations of life or at least make an impact. The insecurities may be there, but we can all learn how to love them. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible and to have the freedom to throw out whatever ideas you have!
Be creative! Be silly! BE YOU!
I want to capture those moments of you - that you don’t notice or see.
So, let’s make some magic together.
